Every clinician at Space Dental holds a single, current compliance record. This page is how you build it and keep it true. It takes about 15 minutes if your certificates are to hand — and it saves as you go, so you can stop and come back.

How this works. This is a single file. It runs entirely on your own computer — there is no login, no account, and nothing is sent anywhere while you work. Your answers are held in this browser as you go, so you can close the page and come back to it on the same machine.
When you have finished, the last button gives you a small file to email back to compliance@spacedental.co.uk. That is the only moment anything leaves your computer, and you choose when it happens.
First — which are you?
Why the two routes differ. A new starter has hard gates: certain items must be verified before a first clinical session, so the form flags them as blocking. An existing clinician is confirming currency and filling gaps — the same items, without the start-date gate.
